Guys,

Pilots from Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indian Lake took a chance on a questionable forecast and were rewarded with an excellent soaring day.  Breezy conditions diminished at times and clouds gave way to partly sunny skies.  10 fliers completed 6 rounds of seeded MOM competition.  Jerry Shape bested the field with at least 1000 points every round.  The highlight of the competition though was watching Alex Trussell (a junior) fly a  borrowed 43 ounce Vista to a 5th place finish.  Great job Alex.
