DARTS Altitude Limited Electric Soaring
(ALES) Challenge October 24th 2010 @ Twin Towers Area
Park Yellow Springs, Ohio.
I'm happy to announce the first DARTS ALES event.
The rules for the Altitude limiting circuit required for
this event are
HERE.
The entry fee is $5.00. This will be a non-sanctioned
event with plaques awarded to three places. There are no
official AMA rules for this event yet and it isn't
really a fun fly. You must have a valid AMA membership
to participate.
The Contest Director will be Ed Franz of the Cincinnati
Soaring Society you can contact him at
ejfranz@insightbb.com and I will be the assistant CD.
Feel free to ask questions directly. Ed is the final
arbiter of this event.
Bring your own water, lunch, sun block and crying towel.
The pilot's meeting will be at 10:00 A.M. October 24th
under the picnic shelter at Twin Towers Area park.
Please spread the word to your favorite forum, group or
