Pre-Registration:
Please use the email link below to submit your
pre-registration:
dartshlg@gmail.com
If you are using a web-based email, the above link
will not pre-populate text asking for the following info, it will
therefore be necessary to enter it manually. Please state if you
plan to attend both days or one day only, include you name, AMA number, address,
city, state, zip, frequencies (primary, alternate)
No Entry Fee's are being collected during
pre-registration, we simply want to have an idea of who is coming and on
which frequencies so we can set up our scoring spreadsheet and flight
groups. This info will be used only to do our pre-registration, only the
pilots name, state and frequencies will be listed on the website
We do not have a hard cutoff date for pre-registration,
but I would like to finalize the flight groups and print the score cards
at NOON on Thursday July, 8, 2010, just 2 days before
the meet, so PLEASE pre-register by then. We
will also accept entries the day of the contest, so if plans change such
that you can come, by all means do so!

Pilot's List Hopefully with the advent of
2.4 GHz radios, the 72 MHz frequency conflicts will be minimal.
Those of you who have the ability to switch to another 72 MHz frequency
can do so in advance resolving the frequency conflicts and resubmit your
new frequency with another pre-registration. We realize that there
will be some frequency conflicts, we are just trying to facilitate
minimizing them. Thank you for your cooperation.
For the 72 MHz band, we will be running with a
frequency control board (clothes pins), but not a transmitter impound. It will be the
responsibility of the flyers on the same frequency to share the pin for
like frequency transmitters.
